Ways to make a difference

What could you help with?

Requests are currently coordinated privately by the Support Team. These are ways to offer help, rather than individual public listings.

Food & everyday essentials

A grocery pack

Let us know if you or your organisation can provide pantry basics or everyday supplies.

Baby supplies

Unopened essentials

Offer unopened nappies, wipes or other essentials. The team can clarify what is suitable before any handover.

Work or study support

A service connection

Help connect someone with an established employment or study-support service.

Before you share

Who can see my message?

Your request and email go to the authorised Support Team through our private support system. This page has no public request feed or direct chat with helpers.

How do I report a concern or withdraw?

Reply to the team’s email or contact the Support Team. Include your alias and explain that you want to report a concern or withdraw your request. We are not a live or emergency service.

How should help be arranged?

Ask the team about a partner collection point where possible. Do not publish your address or pay someone to receive help. Childcare, accommodation, transport and clinical care should be explored through appropriate established services. No helper checks can guarantee safety.

Availability cannot be guaranteed. You can also browse established support organisations. For immediate danger or a medical emergency in Australia, call 000.
